These terms govern your use of PeopleCraft Planner, operated by PeopleCraft LTD. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any subscription payment.
Subscriptions
The Student Plan is billed at £6.99 per month or £69.99 per year, charged automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time, except where required by law. Students with an active, confirmed PeopleCraft Tutors enrolment receive free access to premium features as described at signup.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create, including Idea Board drawings and notes and Wallet entries. By using the Planner, you grant PeopleCraft a licence to store and display this content solely to provide the service to you.
AI-generated features
The Study Plan and Grade Feedback features use an AI model to generate suggestions based on the information you provide. These are suggestions only, not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and are not a substitute for advice from a teacher, tutor, or academic professional.
Wallet
The Wallet is a budgeting and tracking tool. It is not financial advice, and PeopleCraft does not provide financial, investment, tax, or debt advice. The figures shown in the Wallet are calculated from the information you enter and are only as accurate as that information. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them. The Wallet is optional, and you should only enter information you are comfortable storing in the Planner. You are responsible for keeping your Wallet PIN confidential.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Planner for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeopleCraft LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Planner, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions or on figures calculated in the Wallet.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
